Yingling Hosts Coffee Stop Shop

GRAYSLAKE, Ill. – Following the success of his well-attended forum about education, state Rep. Sam Yingling, D-Grayslake, is inviting residents to join him for a cup of coffee and conversation about state issues at his Coffee Stop Shop in April.

“In order for me to best represent our area, I know that it is to devote as much time as possible in the community meeting residents and giving them a chance to discuss issues with me in person,” Yingling said. “My Coffee Shop Stops continue to be a casual, unique way to meet with residents, and I always encourage anyone who is interested to stop by for a cup of coffee and active conversations about state and local issues.”

Yingling’s Coffee Shop Stop is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to stay for a complimentary cup of coffee and to talk to share their thoughts and ideas about state issues. The event will be held on Saturday, April 9 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., and it will be at Starbucks located at 60 E. Belvidere Rd., in Hainesville.

“Coffee events help me connect with residents in more relaxed fashion, and help promote open, meaningful dialogs. I look forward to hosting this and several more events in the months ahead,” Yingling continued.

Yingling represents the 62nd District, which contains portions of Gages Lake, Grayslake, Gurnee, Hainesville, the Round Lake communities, Wauconda and Wildwood.
