Yingling Reminds Residents about Website Features

02/06/2015

“I want to keep our community as informed as possible about what is going on here at home as well as in the Capitol,” Yingling said. “I want my website to be a valuable tool that people can use to stay informed.”

Last year, Yingling added a “Job Announcements” page to his website in response to unemployment rates in the area and the page will continue to be updated as Yingling is alerted to available jobs in the Lake County Area. Additionally, the “Suggest-a-Bill” page allows area residents to submit suggestions for common sense legislation to help Yingling tackle the numerous issues that are important to constituents. There is also a function on the website that allows people who live in the 62nd District to schedule a tour of the Capitol or request a meeting with Yingling in order to have their voices heard.

“I firmly believe that the best ideas for improving our state and our community come from everyday people, not special interests,” Yingling said. “I value any and all input I receive, and I hope that the people I represent will share their knowledge and ideas about the issues they care about.”

Yingling’s website is updated regularly and is located at www.repsamyingling.com. For more information, please contact Yingling’s constituent service office by phone at 847-231-6262 or by email at RepSamYingling@gmail.com.

Yingling represents the 62nd District, which includes portions of Gages Lake, Grayslake, Hainesville, the Round Lake Communities, Third Lake, Wauconda and Wildwood.
