Yingling Hosts Coffee Gathering in Wauconda

ROUND LAKE BEACH, Ill. – State Representative Sam Yingling, D-Grayslake, is inviting residents in the Wauconda area to join him for a complimentary cup of coffee and an open conversation about state and local issues Saturday, August 26 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Wauconda Café located on 405 W. Liberty St., in Wauconda.

“My ‘Coffee Shop Stops’ allow residents to meet with me in a relaxed setting to discuss the issues that matter most to them,” Yingling said. “These sorts of gatherings enable me to be more accessible to the people I represent and to engage with them in an open, blunt way not easily afforded through email, social media or by phone.”

Yingling’s “Coffee” will be held at the Wauconda Café, address 405 W. Liberty St., on Saturday, August 26 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. His event is free and open to the public. Attendees will be treated to a complimentary soft drink or cup of coffee and will gather with Yingling to talk about state and local issues.

“My ‘Coffees’ are one of the many ways I seek to enlist the thoughts of those I serve,” Yingling added. “I hope residents will be able to join me and look forward to the conversations we will have.”
